Nature & Nurture Experience

Our ancestors harvested their own food, connected with the stars + the divine, worked with the land and the seasons, and were informed about their environment. Somewhere along our path, that knowing got lost in transition. It is time to resurface our ecological indigenous knowledge.

Permaculture is a philosophy of working with, rather than against the Earth; of mindful observation rather than thoughtless labor. It focuses on regenerative agriculture, rewilding, and community resilience. An ideal way to connect to our ancestral knowledge.

I pair this with inner child healing because getting our hands in the ground brings us back to when we used to roll around in the mud, grab all the insects + soil, and be our most authentic selves as children. Then society told us what we had to do to "fit-in" and life changed for most of us. Nothing connects us more to our fun, child-like wonder than adventures in nature and a stimulating ecstatic dance!

Yoga + Meditation flows into the mission by assisting participants to find and mend their wounds physically, emotionally, and energetically. Yoga allows us to pause and profoundly acknowledge the world around us; making us connect further with the planet we inhabit and those who walk among it.
